Vote For Our Lives

Vote For Our Lives is a youth led, youth oriented voter registration campaign, aimed at registering high school students who have not already signed up to vote but are eligible by the 2018 midterms. Dozens of schools all across Washington have already enrolled to participate in our first Day of Action on May 24th.

Why

4 million youth will turn 18, the minimum age to vote, by the 2018 midterms. Voting is a right protected by the constitution and is crucial to the continuity of our democracy. Voting allows you to express your opinion and let your government know how it should be operating.

Materials

Voting may be crucial, however, not everyone has the materials to register to vote. Thats where VFOL steps in. VFOL gives high school students a chance to become an ambassador for their high school and lead voter registration drives. This gives an easy and fast means for high school students to sign up to vote, free of charge.
